I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Genoa. the location was fantastic, just opposite the main railway station, making it convenient for travelers like me. The value for money was also great, as I found the prices to be reasonable for the services provided. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Anna at reception who went out of her way to ensure a positive experience for me. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with some even offering beautiful views over the harbor. In terms of amenities, basic facilities were provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast, although basic, satisfied my needs during my stay.

The spacious and aity reception area is welcoming and creates a pleasant first impression. The location is conveniently close to the passenger terminal in port and to the Piazza Principe Railway station.

The hotel was conveniently situated next to the Volabus stop and main railway station, it also gave direct access to the old city and port area.

The continental breakfast was limited and the TV in the room had only German and Italian channels available.

The hotel was in a great location for my business trip. It was very close to the main train station and it was easy to get to all my meetings from there. the room was also very clean and comfortable. I appreciated that the staff was very helpful and friendly.

That there wasn't much of a view from my room, which was disappointing. the breakfast options were a bit limited and could have been of a higher quality.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside to the right of the Principe train station, making it easy to access transportation. the room offers a large and comfortable space, with heavy furniture and a comfortable bed. the bathroom is clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel we stayed at was conveniently located across from the train station, making it easy to get around the city. The room was very spacious and had a comfortable bed, allowing us to rest well after a long day of sightseeing. They also provided a continental breakfast, which was a nice bonus included in the room rate.

While the room was spacious, the hardwood floors did make quite a bit of noise when walking around. the noise from the nearby nightclub was quite noticeable late at night, which could be an issue for light sleepers.
